Privacy Policy

When you visit kristinaderby.com we collect basic, anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) to understand how the site is used. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

If you contact us, we use what you send only to reply to you and to work with you.

KDC Gmail Reader is an internal tool. It connects only to email accounts that Kristina Derby Consulting owns or manages, and only after the account owner signs in and grants access.

It requests read-only access to Gmail (the gmail.readonly permission). It cannot send, delete, label, or change email.

Email is read on demand to help us run our own business, for example finding a tax confirmation or a client message. Messages are not copied into a separate database, sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

Sign-in tokens are stored only on our own computer, in its encrypted system keychain. An account owner can remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
