Growing up in New Hampshire, Tina immersed herself in all facets of the equine industry. From 4-H and Pony Club events to competing at national-level Arabian horse shows across the United States and Canada, her experiences span the breadth of the equestrian world. These formative years instilled in Tina a profound understanding of the industry’s unique challenges and opportunities.

In her professional career, Tina cultivated a diverse skill set across a wide range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, media, real estate, non-profit, direct marketing, and retail. Her expertise encompasses computer programming, marketing, grant writing, and volunteer management, gained through roles at leading companies and organizations.

Now, Tina brings over 40 years of accumulated knowledge and skills to the equestrian industry through Kristina Derby Consulting.
